Whilst your Air Charter Questionnaire covers all aspects of your company’s service it does not provide us the opportunity to express our enthusiasm and respect for your firm and employees. We truly enjoyed our interaction(s) with you and your ground staff. Our pilots, Dave and Karen are the epitome of professionalism and are a credit to the aviation industry and especially Air Trek. Again, we wish to thank you for allowing us to fly with Air Trek and if and when we are permitted to return to sunny Florida we will surely want to fly Air Trek again.

Fantastic, all of the crew were professional and amazing and went above and beyond. We were all comfortable and everything went very smoothly. They were A+ but if you're going to Chicago, or if you just paid $24,000 for a flight for a critically ill person, why would you chose a non BBB accredited company for the ground transportation- Superior Ambulance in Chicago is so bad they're not even accredited. Of course we would pay more for a better company after paying all that for the flight! The ground people were so rough and incompetent, my mother's death began 5 minutes after they roughly handled her and didn't put her head up after they transferred her. Superior ambulance is the worst!

My family and I would happily give Air Trek 5 stars on any day. I have handled the booking for my family’s private charter needs and Air Trek more than meets the standards. The fair pricing, kind staff, extraordinary pilots, and well presented aircraft are what makes Air Trek such an amazing company! Thank you Wayne, the owner, Roxanne & Joy who have always helped us with booking, Sandy, who’s helped with customer support, and Mark, one heck of a pilot for making each charter with you all a pleasure. 👋🏻

I was a commercial pilot with over 40 year flying experience. I have now quit flying due to age and the rising cost of airplane ownership. Air Trek has been my solution to private air transportation because of their combination of excellent pilots, great equipment, a desire to please and reasonable pricing. They are not the least expensive, but in my opinion, they give the best value in terms of personnel competence and well maintained modern equipment that I am aware of today. I have been flying with them for four years now so this is an "experiences evaluation"
