Friendly faces every time you walk in the door. For the busiest pal cargo out of all thier locations...they still do whatever they can to get you in and out with a smile

I had a food order dropped off by Terrington Coop on April 26, 2022 and I am still waiting for it. Today is May 6. Four freight planes have arrived this week. When I spoke to an agent earlier today and mentioned that I have been waiting on freight since April 26, she actually giggled and said, “Oh, yeah, the weather hasn’t been good”. Yet, passenger and freight planes have been arriving. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Most of the time they do not answer the phone or it cuts off after one ring. Air Borealis cargo definitely needs better and more efficient employees.
