Kept delaying flight by 30 min because it keeps us "calmer" please just tell me when you are actually expected so we didn't have to sit outside the airport in the middle of the bush. Could have waited at the hotel instead. Otherwise smooth flight and friendly pilots.

Flew with them on a recent flight. On time, polite crew, the corporate PC12 to my destination was clean and cabin was well maintained. Enroute back the pax carrier one’s interior could have used some serious TLC. Seat arm rests were falling apart, door emergency instructions sticker was missing “I m sure this is a safety violation”, and it could have used a good cleaning. Again, crews were great, very professional, both ways landings and take-offs were superb.

The pilots were very friendly and jovial. Safety was prioritized also. I would recommend them.
