Friendly staff! It was nice having refreshments while inflight from JBQ to CUR. Unfortunately for this fleet there are no charging ports. Overall it was a pleasant experience 😊

Far from an international level company in terms of service. It is a small business managing old assets so better to keep your expectations low : flights delayed without notification, not providing customers with up-to-date info (COVID requirement for example) or either providing the mandatory custom documents for your destination (good luck for arguing with the custom at destination!). I am flying frequently with them (no frequent flyer option), not by choice. I hope we will soon have more options in the Caribbean.

I went to take someone to the Airport in Santo Domingo (Isabela) to travel back to St Martin, and it took us 3 tries and 3 different tickets for him to be able to travel. The agent there tried in all occasions to ask for 40 dollars to fill out different things for him to be able to travel, and on 2 occasions he claimed there was not a reservation and then coded the passanger as no-show in one. I will definitely tell my friends to avoid this airline at all costs. Employees are probably making more with bribes than with their honest salaries.
