We are a Factory Authorized Bell Service Center and Schweizer RSG Service Facility. Thru our service center, we currently maintain over 50 different helicopters. We also supply parts to over 150 different helicopter operators throughout the United States. Our alliances with numerous aircraft manufacturers, vast inventory on hand and 24 hour-a-day AOG services keep our clients in the air.
Our FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate #IEER959A allows AFI to specialize in the management and operation of numerous different aircraft. Whether it’s electronic news gathering, aerial survey or corporate transportation, we provide a full service management program. We were moving a Bell 206B3 across the US when we started having some electrical problems with one of our instruments. We called Air Flite on a Saturday evening at 5:30 and the owner Mark answered right away. Not only did he know exactly what the problem was, but also drove almost an hour to meet us and pull the aircraft into his hangar. After securing the aircraft he went even further by giving us a ride to a local hotel. He then called a mechanic in on the following Sunday morning to get our problem fixed and get us back on our way! That morning he came to pick us up and take us back to our aircraft! By far the best customer service I've ever had, and one of the best people I've even met! I would refer Air Flite for any Bell, Schweizer, or honestly any aircraft problems! Thank you Mark! An absolute stand up guy, company, and the most amazing customer service!
