If I could give this air line a 0 star rating I would. I travel for a living and this air line is above and beyond the worst air line in Canada. 16 days of travel I had 7 flights cancelled due to mechanical issues and some weather conditions, the flights that actually arrived not one was on time. There’s absolutely no excuse for how poorly this air line operates. They have a monopoly on Quebec’s north and they don’t care. Half the time they don’t ask you for ID when you check in which just goes to show this company is a complete clown show.

Since a white person became president, more inuit are not going home from Montreal. More southerners are able to go to the north instead of inuit trying to go back home. Cargo goes to LA grande more than to thier communities. When cargo finally does arrive they get spoiled right away, or moldy when they finally arrive. We inuit are struggling almost everyday to go home because we see more southerners on the plane. We asked why can't there be more than jus 1 flight going in and out per day, all I got was excuses. We inuit are growing everyday and need more than 1 flight going home please and cargo to arrive sooner rather than 1 week in LA grande.

Great service! The staff is friendly and efficient. The seats are comfortable and the food isn't bad, considering it's airplane food. I took a flight to and from Kuujjuaq and both of my experiences on the Air Inuit flights were flawless.

Owned by the people for the people. Air Inuit also has one of the best safety track records in the world. This is something, considering the environmental conditions they operate in. The lifeline of Nunavik.
