First of all, I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance they never keep showed up for my appointment called that same day and I wasted most of my day only in the country for one week they came the next day everything worked for one day, called again they came out on Friday technician was very knowledgeable but only one TV works and the bedroom didn't work. So had to leave again without getting the second TV working so disappointed with the service.

Very poor customer service and can never resolve issues. My biggest problem with this company is that the connection drops off multiple times a day almost every day randomly. This problem has been like this from the day i Joined. I'm not saying there were not good days in between but for someone who is online almost all day these drop offs can be very stressful to deal with when it affects your job. I have been with this company for many years giving them time to grow and address their issues but unfortunately they have never been able to fix the problem for me. For me Its time to switch.
