Don’t use their service, expect delays, rude pilots, no contact possible, no ground staff, don’t reply to complaints. Try to call them before you book.

Don’t fly with them! 1. We had a delay, they didn’t bother to inform us (although they already knew it 5hrs before the flight). Had to wait hours at the airport while we could have been just at home. 2. They lost part of our luggage during stopover in Geneva. 3. Pilot was very rude and assaulted (!) me in st Tropez. Police got involved, had to report the incident. 4. Never received any apology from Air Mountain. Never use this company. That’s not what you expect for this price.

Air-Mountain is the only Valais-based airline, located in Sion, that offers flights to enchanting destinations. It's a team of professionals who provide impeccable service. From the ground staff to the flight crews, they are genuinely kind and approachable, and we can be proud to have them transporting us. The flights are incredibly beautiful, with breathtaking scenery. I wholeheartedly recommend this airline.
