Quite weird if your biggest concern during boarding is that customers occupy their assigned seat and don’t change them. You really have to announce this on the PA 15 times during boarding? How about a welcome aboard, thank you for choosing us, … I don’t know, something that would show some appreciation for you customers rather than scolding them during onboarding? Just a thought!
