The boutique's offer is really good and varied, the prices are fair, but the employees literally don't know how to say "hello" and "goodbye" when you come in and leave, let alone serve you kindly.

If you have the opportunity to bypass this boutique, bypass it in a wide arc, don't be stupid like me. Unkind and arrogant saleswomen, and let's not even talk about the owner himself. They sell coats made of "natural fur" and in the end it turns out that it's not, they charge you 30,000 and then throw you out of the store. They don't issue fiscal receipts and act like they're crazy. BYPASS IT IN A WIDE AROUND AROUND!!!!!!

The worker did not want to issue a fiscal receipt, explaining that her cash register was not working. She sold a coat with fake fur, even though it was said to be real. They do not want to accept a complaint.

Maybe that's normal these days. I bought something on impulse, I admit it, and came back the next day to return it, but the store was closed. I came back a few days later and found out they wouldn't refund my money. They said: we don't do that. Okay, let's choose something else. I don't like anything, there are some things I could wear but they don't have the size... In the end, I bought something that I'm going to give to someone.

I was there today, and in the window was a model that I've been looking for for a long time, and it was in my favorite color. And that was exactly the problem, that the only one left was the one in the window, so the "saleswoman" couldn't take it off the mannequin herself so that I could try it on and politely sent me away, not really upset about her behavior and the unsold piece of clothing. I would forgive her such behavior and give her a higher rating if I thought she was just a shy person who was ashamed to ask me for help, but she doesn't seem shy or interested in fighting for every customer.
