Probably the worst airline I've ever been on in my 20+ years of traveling the world, I've recently traveled on this airline for the first time to SLU, as they were no other option from SVG - SLU to do so, with a connecting flight from BGI. Though...I've heard the disappointing stories of being delayed, lost luggage, not taking accountability for anything, I was still hopeful...they did not prove me wrong, on a weekend of the SLU Jazz festival, you would think they'll put in some effort to make clients happy...not. Imagine a flight full of passengers going for this event and arriving to the island with no luggage...on top of the hurt, you're not allowed a carry-on on the flight unless it's really small...smaller than the standard and a weight of only 10 pounds. Most people had only their personal bag, and heard many cried of having to go and shop for new clothes as the airline couldn't give a clear answer of when luggage would arrive from BGI. Luckily for me mine did arrive, but only after pleading with the agent from my previous destination of SVD to my connecting flight in BGI did she placed a priority tag on my luggage for arrival in SLU. Launched in the Eastern Caribbean during the pandemic era in 2020, it was slieighted as another option for Caricom travelers to move between the island states more...but one disappointment after another is more than a person can bear. Overall however both of my flights were smooth and on time, despite this...I hope I never fly with them again...too much emotional stress about the inconsistencies has put a bitter taste in my mouth.

The worst airline I’ve ever flown with. There’s absolutely no professionalism, no empathy, and zero understanding of what customer service means. I only use this airline because it’s the only one with daily flights between Turks and Caicos and Santo Domingo—if I had another option, I’d never fly with them again. I travel over six times a year with them and not once has a flight been on time. Delays of over two hours are the norm. Emails to their corporate office go unanswered—not even a basic apology. Their card machines don’t work to pay for baggage fees, the planes are old and falling apart, and there’s no air conditioning. And yet they have the nerve to feature their CEO on the cover of their in-flight magazine “Cacique”—a joke. What does he even do? Clearly nothing. It’s a disgrace that this airline still exists.

Canceled our flight without any help or options and had to find a room for the next day flight. On return flight they forgot to put all 20some passengers bags onboard! 3 days later we still don't have our bags. The adjoining airline to Intercaribbean says that most days they cancel a flight at some point .

Door fell off plane, not normal. Am told it happens frequently waiting for someone to arrive with a wrench to fix it. Told 20mins every 20mins for an entire day. Staff have no idea what’s happening

Ive flown multiple times on InterCaribbean Airways. Clean and efficient airline. I am a pilot so and the crew does a great job, Normally no delays but if there is they can have a new place flown in pretty quick since everything is close.
