I wish every business that I ever have to deal with are as kind, accommodating, thorough, quick response - no matter day or night, helpful and patient, as AirCare1. While I hope no one has to use this service, if you do, I strongly recommend them. The pilots, nurse and paramedic treated my dad, Mom and their dog like royalty. They saw my dad right through until he was tucked in his bed at his facility. The office staff, professional and so helpful. I wish I could give them more than 5 Stars for the peace of mind they gave me and my family. Thank you!!

I can't say enough good things about Aircare1. They are absolutely the most professional and helpful company that I have ever dealt with. They flew my wife and her 96 year old father from San Antonio to Dallas and it went without a hitch. When they say bedside to bedside, they mean it! The paramedic and flight nurse came with the ground ambulance to pick them up and to get my father-in-law settled at the destination. If you need an air medical company, look no further. They are the best! Ed Stevens Allen, TX

I used Aircare1 about 9 months ago for an international flight and they were extremely helpful. I was needing to get my father transported from Mexico back to Texas and they made it super easy to get that done. They were very sweet and extremely sincere, the whole experience was smooth. Since my father was induced in a coma and had no way of communicating to me or my family, the staff was giving us constant updates and helped us feel at ease. If I could rate them higher than a 5 star I definitely would. Daniel was the main point of contact and helped reassure me in a time of chaos. Thank y'all. Also the turn around was very quick, they were able to get my father up in the air by the next day which was a sense of relief.

It is traumatic finding yourself trying to figure out how to bring an injured loved one and yourself home. We flew to Denver for a joyous family event. My wife hours before the event fell breaking her hip. Hip replacement followed by a month in Denver with unresolved nerve issues, we were stuck in Denver for a month at facilities. it became obvious that I could not drive her home to Jackson Hole, Wyoming nor fly her commercially because she could not be in a sitting position for more than 15 minutes. We contacted AirCare1 who were responsive to our needs. They understood the situation and provided us with confidence that they would handle all transport needs. They arrange for an ambulance company to pick us up from the rehabilitation facility, transport us to the airport where their Leer 35 jet ambulance was waiting, loaded my wife by stretcher and myself, two pilots, two nurses and a quick flight home to be met at the Jackson Hole airport by another ground ambulance who delivered us to our home. Wow! Courteous, professional, timely, what more can you ask for. I highly recommend this company to anyone who requires this type service. 5 Star company!!! Mark

I had a need to get my parents from Colorado to Texas quickly due to medical issues. Commercial air travel was not a viable option, but I had never tried to charter a private flight before. When I stumbled upon AirCARE1, my nervousness was immediately put to rest. From the very first phone contact, I felt these folks cared about our situation and really wanted to serve us. We were kept informed every step along the way - from initial quote to final touchdown. While certainly an expensive way to travel, AirCARE1 showed they CARED about the cost as well; by offering the choice to pay by wire instead of leaving it on the credit card, we were able to save several hundred dollars. Performance of the Lear 36 was just eye-popping (a one hour flight from Alamosa, CO to Wichita Falls, TX...my gosh, they must have hyper jets on that thing!). But the performance of the crew and employees was even more outstanding. I've had some exposure to the General Aviation world, and know business practices can vary widely (indeed, two of the companies I contacted didn't even return my calls!). The folks at AirCARE1 are first class in every respect. If you can afford the price tag, you can't go wrong with this company!
