N804CL flew in today trying to top off before afternoon storms rolled in and was told DONT fuel when storming. However the storms had not yet reached this location and I was trying to fuel up and get out. They proceeded a $15 landing fee because I didn’t get fuel (even though I tried to but they would not). I would highly recommend if you find yourself in the need of a FBO near or around Daytona area. Do not land at EVB.

Excellent service. We flew to Marsh Harbor and back and everything was on time and exactly as scheduled. The pilots were professional and courteous. Parking and checking in within 100 yards of your plane is such a luxury!

So impressed with this company!!! From the scheduling with Elena to the crew on site at boarding to the pilots...all were so amazing, friendly & helpful. In order to fit us in around our schedule, the owner of the company even piloted our plane back home, lol! They all made us feel so welcome & comfortable and the flights were great, everything was on time and couldn't have gone smoother. Won't hesitate to use them again & highly recommend!!! Thank you all for everything & for getting my family to the Abacos and back home safely!!

Poorly handled flight is the nicest description that I can use. We go down to the New Smyrna FBO to fly to Marsh Harbor. Get on plane that was quite tired in maintenance and take off. 90 minutes later, we land in Ft. Lauderdale! Then transferred to another plane to fly to Marsh Harbor. Yes, you read correctly; they never notified us of the change that cost us a half a day, and more money than if we'd flown commercially from Atlanta. Now they have not responded to our inquiries for a refund for our 2nd leg, or confirmation that they were giving a credit for it. They used to have good planes and service; that is clearly no longer the case.

Very poor communication - our flight from the Bahamas to NSB was rerouted with no formal communications - they rerouted us to Opa Locka on another Carrier (Noble Aviation) which caused us about a 3-4 delay. While setting at the Atlantic Terminal - this older gentleman flies in with this dilapidated twin-engine plane that had visible signs of exterior damage. After we worked out the seating arrangements, the pilot got on board and proceeded to try and start the plane. After several failed attempts - we all lost confidence in the planes flight-worthiness and abandoned ship. Supposedly the plane had a fuel situation that prevented it from firing. The pilot didn’t respond when asked if it was flooded or a possible fuel pump issue (yikes). We ended up renting a vehicle and driving 4.5 Hr north. All together we spent an additional 9.0 hours of unwanted travel time and $600 in additional expense. The planes were old and showing their age - we didn’t feel comfortable nor confident in Airgate and will probably pursue another carrier in the future.
