Patient transport can be stressful, but my experience was made so much easier thanks to Scott — my absolutely legendary driver. From rehab to hospital and back again, he turned what could have been a painful, difficult day into something much lighter. His good humour, easy conversations, and the laughs we shared genuinely made me forget my injuries for a while, which means a lot as I’m in constant pain at the moment. Having someone like Scott in this role makes a world of difference — professional, kind, and with a great personality that lifts your spirits. Highly recommend!

I utilised AirMed services today, the entire experience was absolutely fantastic, during the unfortunate circumstances of a beloved family member whom required air transportation. AirMed had arranged the entire journey at very short notice, they also coordinated paramedic transportation from hospital to the airport runway, including pickup transport to our chosen hospital upon flight landing. The flight was very comfortable, more importantly the on flight nurse ‘Sandy’ was extremely friendly, tentative & professional, likewise with our pilot ‘Steve’.
