I can’t rate them on their emergency services, and I hope I never do, but their website isn’t the best when it comes to processing payments because they charged my card four times! I called them and, despite pressing 2 for English, I talked to a woman who only spoke French. She seemed nice enough, but I don’t speak French. Fortunately there was a guy there who spoke English and advised me that my bank account would be refunded, which took 4 business days.
