My stay at Al Burhan Center was one of the most distressing experiences I’ve ever had at any facility. A major reason for this was the conduct of Neil Butt security manager, whose behavior repeatedly came across as unstable, aggressive, and wholly unprofessional. During my time there, I witnessed this manager having what looked like severe anger episodes, shouting at staff, and creating an atmosphere of fear and tension. I personally witnessed substance abuse by him. His behavior often felt erratic and unpredictable, which made me — as a guest — feel extremely unsafe. There were also moments where his appearance and demeanor suggested he was not in a fit state to be working, raising serious concerns about professionalism and oversight within the facility. Regardless of the cause, his conduct was completely unacceptable for someone in a position of responsibility, especially in a location where security and stability are supposed to be top priorities. This environment was stressful, hostile, and absolutely not suitable for guests. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this place until management addresses these severe behavior and leadership issues.

This is a accommodation complex inside the airport area. It’s quiet and safe. The new steel and concrete buildings are ok. Rooms are small but acceptable. A/C is awkwardly placed above bed. It makes so cold at night because cold air blows to your body directly. The price is really EXPENSIVE, much more expensive than those hotels in the city. For those rooms in the containerized camps, like labor camp. Stay away from those. Food is ok but not many choices. They know they are monopoly so they don’t care about how much they charge you.

Rooms are very clean, modern and high quality. Great facilities, including a big swimming pool and gym, tennis court, and a lot of relaxation areas in a beautiful garden. Food in the restaurant is having a very large selection of tasty high quality healthy options, and the usual less healthy items as well.

Good place. Supper was very tasty. Nice and big hotel area, but it's too difficult to find the room. There is a swimming pool inside the hotel area. Nice room. But hotel staff wasn't ready to meet the guests during the dust storm. There was too much dust on the floor and everywhere inside the rooms.

You can find more glamourous and fashionable hotels in city, but for working at the airport this is the best place (of the others 2 options) to stay. Good rooms, good food, good internet. The open air places helps you to disconect from work and enjoy the +45 degrees..... Air conditioning works quite well in the room. The only shadow are the shower, a little too much small for big persons and credit cards not accepted. Transfers to anywhere in the airport area. On top, you feel secure when there and when transiting to other airport areas. I have tryed the 2 others options, and since i discover this one....this is my hotel each time (4 - 6 a year) I am going to Baghdad.
