Kat and Adam were amazing helping when our original commercial flight to Gustavus was canceled due to weather. Great memories won't have happened if they weren't so accommodating.

I took the 5 glacier flight seeing tour. I had a very nice time. Everyone has a window seat. The windows bubble out so you can see even better. I wish I had brought sun glasses. The tour through the ear muffs was prerecorded. The views were spectacular, I felt safe, and everyone was very nice. There’s a lot of glaciers out there. If you can afford it, do it. It’s a nice trip.

Ive flown Seaplanes multiple times. Always a good experience. Im called to rate seaplanes mostly to give kudos to a man named Virgil who works in Sitka. I flew out of Sitka over the weekend. During the 30 min i was waiting for my flight, an employee was moving and shaking, and the whole time was being incredibly kind to everyone - taking an extra minute to explain how things work, looking for packages that were shipped, greeting visitors etc. the cherry on top was a comment he made to a presumably new employee that he was training. At one point he said to the new employee “i think you’re doing a great job and it hope it feels like that to you too.” We should all be so lucky to be trained at work by someeone who is so willing to be kind. I dont know the employee at all but i asked around and got his name. Hopefully this makes it back to Seaplanes HQ. You’ve got a good one in Sitka.

AMAZING! Loved flying low through the mountains, over the water. So nice to see everything close-up. Pilot told us he was going to go closer to the mountains in order to turn around when we came in for the landing. Nice for him to have communicated that to us so we weren't worried when he started his turn and descent toward the mountains.
