I am not happy at all with the service received from your agents in the DRC. I have paid twice - enormous amounts - and the Surgeon that I am trying to get home, is still stuck in the DRC. We were informed that the tickets are not refundable, the first amount was paid in November where we were told that the jet should have eight (8) passengers before it can leave, we ended up paying more for empty seats just to get him on the flight...needless to say the jet left without him. We tried again and paid for him to leave in June, again we had to pay more with the rise in fuel prices and again he was left behind and my pockets were emptied out without any hope to get a refund. My concern is that it is not hundreds of passengers, it is only one passenger who paid what was required and the agents couldn't even go the extra mile to ensure that he is on the flight. I don't know about service delivery but this was not to our satisfaction and he is still there exposed to war and ebola etc. for 15 months now. I hope I can get an email address to give a proper explanation and proof of it all.

How do you thank someone for doing something you could not do in order to rescue your son from an impossible situation? Simple thanks is not enough. Oliver provided skill, integrity, care and knowledge to ensure that the flight was at the right time, in the right place with the right documentation to ensure that my son could be flown into Buenos Aires and then be able to make a repatriation flight. When he could have trusted that things would go well, he didn't. He advised not to take risks with my money and ensured that everything that could be done was done. When I needed transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the final repatriation flight, Oliver was there again. Reasonable rates, localised currency and accommodating to the needs of the journey. From 6,000 miles away that is invaluable. I recommend AlbaJet to anyone, whether it is simply for pleasure, or if there is real need.
