Exquisite service in every respect. I had the pleasure of experiencing a flight from Bern to Paris. The pilots are friendly and competent. In Bern, you can drive directly to the aircraft and avoid any tedious security checks. The VIP lounge in Terminal North is also very nicely and modernly furnished.
