I stayed here for a month in February 2026. The staff was super helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. You are within walking distance of just about everything you might need here. I highly recommend this place as it is very affordable and you get a lot for your money.

I stayed at Hotel Apartment Ambassador 3 and came away feeling like I’d experienced a living museum of hotel history. Let’s start with Room 1219, which I can confidently say should be used as a cautionary tale. The plumbing appears to be part of a shared experimental water feature. Every time someone in another room showered, it sounded like Niagara Falls had moved in next door, followed by a dramatic clang when the water stopped, like the hotel itself sighing in exhaustion. The room is very tired and in serious need of redecorating. It has that “last updated sometime before the invention of Wi-Fi” vibe. Soundproofing is non-existent. Rooms 1220 and 1221 sounded like they were hosting a wildlife documentary. I could hear everything. At one point, while trying to work, I opened my door just to make sure the neighbouring rooms knew a human was also staying in 1219. The room is near the road, which is ideal if you enjoy the soothing sounds of drag racing at all hours. Internet connectivity was genuinely shocking. I spent more time switching between Wi-Fi A and Wi-Fi B than actually using the internet. Sometimes neither worked. One evening, the Wi-Fi was simply turned off at reception, a bold and minimalist approach to hospitality I’ve never encountered before. Hot water felt rationed, or at least shy. It usually arrived halfway through the shower, just when I’d given up hope and adjusted emotionally. That said, credit where it’s due: The air-conditioning looks like it’s on life support, but against all odds, it worked and kept the room cool. The bed was comfortable, with a decent mattress and fairly comfortable pillows, genuinely appreciated after battling the plumbing orchestra. And finally, the location is excellent, right in the town centre, which is very convenient. Overall, the hotel isn’t terrible, it’s just old, loud, and a bit chaotic. If you’re a heavy sleeper with low expectations for Wi-Fi and plumbing acoustics, you’ll be fine. For everyone else: manage expectations, bring earplugs, and maybe say a small prayer before showering. Would I stay again? Possibly, but not in Room 1219.

Lady at reception was helpful. Room was spacious. Tv was old not smart, wifi was not good, shower needs scrubbing and sadly no running hot water... The bed seems like its going to break.. The wall sound proffing was solid but the door soundproofing was poor.. u can always hear the roomservice staffs talking in the corridor the whole day & night. Location was good, 7-11 just across the street. Not a foodie area especially in the morning. There r some restaurants but they operate late.

Good service and rooms is clean. Abit old school but overall is okay regarding service, cleanliness and hospitality.
