Once again, I had a terrible experience at Amerijet Export & Import. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. to transport human remains for international shipment, and after waiting for hours, I was told by the supposed supervisor, Maria Marano, that I would have to wait until 11:00 a.m. When I asked for assistance, Maria Marano was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She simply said, "You have to wait until 11," and walked away without offering any explanation or concern for the situation. This is not ordinary cargo. We are transporting someone's loved one, and families deserve compassion, professionalism, and respect during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Instead, I was left waiting for hours with the deceased still in my vehicle because of poor customer service and a lack of communication. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience with Amerijet Export & Import. There is a consistent lack of organization, poor communication among staff, and unacceptable treatment of customers. Based on my experience, Maria Marano does not demonstrate the professionalism, leadership, or customer service skills expected of someone in a supervisory position. I sincerely hope Amerijet Export & Import addresses these ongoing issues, because grieving families and the professionals serving them deserve far better than this. I really think it's discrimination because of my skin color. Every Hispanic were seen before and 2 of them needed the same department. You tell me what you think 🤔

When I got there, the place was empty and they had just a new employee at the desk, they guy did a mistake and did not realize that I was there to pick up and NOT drop off, when I went to the cargo doors everyone refused to load the product because I was missing a "red stamp, after spending almost 2 hours talking to different people they sent me back to the office, the office was now filled with multiple customers and had to wait another hour, spoke to 5 different people"explaining or trying to" tell me that I had gone to the wrong window, I believe a simple mistake like that should of been taking care off with no problem but everyone refused to help me. This place lacks organization and needs a skilled management to clear out this team that clearly has no clue of what their doing.

The employees in the office were standing and talking while people waited in line, didn’t acknowledge us. Gave us the wrong paperwork. The people handling cargo were nice.

My experience with this company was wonderful, they were the only company willing to ship my sweet dog to Puerto Rico. All the communication is by email, but it works. I sent all my paperwork by email and then I did have everything with me, and I wait a little bit but everything went well. My dog landed saved in Puerto Rico. I’m very happy.

If I could give these people zero stars, I would. They are the most unwilling to help staff I have ever encountered in an airline. The agents that were there were too lazy to do the paperwork that I needed and the person that was supposed to do it was nowhere to be found. The level of laziness of the present agents was so much that they could not even try to call the one that wasn’t there so that they can come and do my paperwork. If you don’t want to lose hours of your time, go to another Airline.
