I don't even know how to describe it. We were flying from Khabarovsk to Tynda. Then we found out there was a layover in Blagoveshchensk. When we saw the plane, we were shocked at how old it was, so we got off in Blagoveshchensk. A few hours later, all the news was about the plane crash. I don't even know how many stars to give it, but I got out and saved my life. 2 stars.

We bought roundtrip tickets to another city, made our plans, and everything was planned in advance. They informed us that there were only a few tickets sold, so there would be no return flight. The airline's call center called and explained that we would have to handle the refund ourselves since we purchased the flight through a ticketing app. Our plans, vacation, and financial affairs were ruined. I'll have to figure out how to contact my lawyer.

The airline operates flights to small towns in Eastern Siberia. They offer excellent comfort, friendly staff, and highly professional pilots!

Angara Airlines, thank you so much. When we weren't allowed to land in Nizhneangask, they sent us to Irkutsk, flying from Ulan-Ude. In Irkutsk, they put everyone up in hotels, fed us, and gave us drinks. The next day, we flew back to Nizhneangask. The customer service is top-notch!!!!!!
