The Apex team are some of the most kind, accommodating, and helpful I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Apex is a great facility with great people who do an incredible job of taking care of you. I cannot recommend this team enough.

When we arrived, we spoke to the lady at the CSR desk that we would need to pulled online at 0900 with a gpu and would advise on fuel in the morning. When my co-pilot called the next morning around 0800 to give them a fuel order, he again reminded the CSR person that we would be needing a GPU. When we arrived at the airport at 0900, we were not pulled into a GPU spot and there was a 172 in the GPU spot. When I brough this up to the lineman he knew nothing about it, which apparently was the response my co pilot got inside when he spoke to the CSR desk.

Arris Pardalos & team at Midwest National Air Center went above & beyond for us. We came in to buy an airplane there & was only expecting to stay a couple of days but due to weather at home we had to extend our stay by a day. They allowed us to use the courtesy car overnight which was a blessing! These guys & gals are courteous, friendly & try to help in any way possible. Wish you guys were closer to home (700 miles)!

Flew down and stayed the night, we flew 300 dogs out for a rescue flight the next morning. Staff came in early that day 4:30 am had A/C pumping into the airplane for us. Fuel was quick and they had cheap prices. Staff went above and beyond for a FBO.

Great operation! Stopped for gas, fuel priced very nicely. Flightline guys were awesome. Very personable, energetic and expert. Maintenance assistance readily available if required. KHUM is very easy to get in and out of and tower very helpful. Jon Flaugher N108CC
