Extremely rude supervisor Vikas Tomar. Vikas Tomar at your guptakashi basecamp is treating customers on their cast and creed, causing anexity to passengers. We had booked to and fro tickets for kedarnath for 23/10/2023. We had been traveling in group of 15 members out of 4 tickets booked through the aviation with same day return. staff are misbehaving with passengers. We had requested for next day return and accordingly we were sent by 11 am instead of 6-8 am slot and the same was confirmed while reaching at kedarnath, as there was snowfall and due to heavy traffic at kedarnath, return was practically not possible on same day. To our utter surprise, our tickets were cancelled when reported 24th morning 7 am. Despite our several requests, your staff had threatened us to beat us(family with 2 children) and molested us with vulgar abusive language and unlawful proposals. Whole of our program had been jeopardized. We had faced a lot of mental distress and agony leading to admit one of the pilgrims to hospital at guptakashi. Later on we had to take two new tickets for return, on black, paying extra amount of 8000/- each, aggregating Rs.16000/- extra apart from prescribed fare. Surprisingly no tickets or boarding pass was issued. This seems to be a general practice with a planned modus operandi at your base camps (with a guidelines of Mr.VikasTomar) stop such malpractice in your organization, operating with a malafied intentions to extort money by harrasment to pilgrims, unethically violating business principles. If rates are not working out, you may increase the fare but not to play false. It is a remark on your company's reputation and gives a bad name to your brand image also. Hope you will do the needful and from outside, we will also take necessary suitable action.

Helicopter crashed in Kedarnath.. even I thought of taking my parents to Char Dham yatra. but now it will only reside in my dreams.. we may not dare to go because of this incident.. when you are supposed to stop for bad weather.. no chances to be taken on life of people.. sometimes you need to tell them it's Impossible.. make them understand and reshedule the trip..
