Our family is deeply grateful to the entire AMS team, with a special thanks to Angela, who coordinated everything and provided exceptional support. After being stuck overseas for more than a month, my wife and I have finally returned home together with my mother-in-law, who required an evacuation transfer. The AMS team managed all the complex logistics and arrangements seamlessly. Despite facing several unexpected hurdles and challenging coordination with the overseas doctor, they handled the entire situation with outstanding professionalism, calm, and efficiency. They provided critical care to my mother-in-law and gave our family immense peace of mind during a very stressful time. We could not have navigated this difficult process without them. AMS has been a God sent solution to us so we were able to transport our critically ill kin to Singapore. The process to leave Msia and to enter Singapore has been challenging given the amount of applications, documents, and tests required in face of rising covid cases in both countries. However, coordinator Angela was liaising with us 24/7 for a few days to ensure things went smoothly and our kin was able to be in Singapore within a few days thanks to AMS’ excellent execution and experiences. Thanks again to Angela and nurse/driver involved in the process.
