Pilots were 5-star; some challenges with aircraft. Recommend choosing a 60 vs. the 55's. Chartered a 55 from Minneapolis to El Paso. Re-fueled in Lincoln, NE and once back at altitude did a hard left bank and emergency descent and landing in Salina, KS. Fuel valves malfunction and told we were "dangerously low level of fuel" because couldn't transfer from wings to central tank/engines. They did send a 35 up to finish our trip, so we arrived ~6 hours later than expected, but appreciated the follow-through to ensure the trip completed. The charter company (broker) did a poor job of communicating the concern back to ATI, but Deanna at ATI actually hunted us down (in a positive way!) to address the issues we'd experienced. So, my lesson: Always deal directly with the chartering jet company!

Best place to fly. amazing pilots, amazing aircraft. complimentary drinks, snacks and even liqour!!! always choose ATI jet for flights!!!

I Have flown with ATI jets twice now and both times, it was an amazing experience!!!! Our pilot Roberto is a Class Act....he flew so smoothly even in some stormy weather! I would trust ATI JETS for all my flying from now on!!! Thank you Roberto for taking such great care of us always! 😘❤
