Atlantic Air Charter.

Based on my personal experience with Atlantic Air Charter, I was not satisfied with the handling and communication regarding my inquiry. I made multiple attempts to follow up but was unable to reach a resolution that addressed my concerns. As a result, I would not use this company again. I am sharing this based on my individual experience.

We have used Atlantic Air Charter many times and every time the flight has been perfect. Everyone is so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them to make sure that choosing a date, booking a flight and having a good flight to our destination is exactly what we wanted. The owners, the Office Staff and Pilots are all excellent. Their planes are well maintained and immaculately clean. We can certainly recommend them.

Everything about our experience with a Atlantic Air Charter was top notch from start to finish. The communication was excellent and prompt the entire time and the pilot and copilot were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. They came as a personal recommendation, and I felt like we were in very good hands the entire time I would definitely recommend using their service for your next charter.

Our flights got cancelled and traveling with small children is always challenging. Atlantic air mobilized a plane for us to get home within and hour and a half and we were home within hours! Can’t say enough thank you’s for helping a tired and stressed mom out. The pilots were wonderful and the staff was very efficient. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Services, costumer support are very efficiently and friendly , Flight Crews are very well trained and professional. Aircraft fleet are very well maintained and cleaned, flight experience was to optimum conditions. The company's goal is to always satisfied their costumer and take them above to their expectations.
