More than 3 days worth of delays for more than 200 people. I don't know their standards of maintenance but I know it's not up to snuff. Crew was excellent but it's clear there is a leadership issue. The company doesn't communicate and just adds delays at a whim and fails to plan. Limited flight crews compounds issues because by the time they get the plane ready to fly the flight crew times out. No other Airline would do this. Some people have been waiting years to get back to the united states and have all of their plans with their families ruined by this airline. AMC, and Atlas leadership should be ashamed of themselves.

Stranded in Yokota due to a maintenance issue which was known ahead of time, and they can’t find us hotel rooms. I don’t know how this airline has a contract with the government with the horrendous maintenance track record this company has with overseas military passenger movements.

I'd rather have my toenails ripped out than travel via this company. 10+ flights with them, never once got out less than 4 hours late. 6+ hours waiting in line to process bags. Often days delayed. The company should be truly ashamed the way they treat deploying military members.

Delays, delays. Crying babies on the flight because we are stuck. My son is asleep and all sweaty. It's hot. Crew and attendants are all pleasant enough, but why can't we be on time??? Update: they will still not reimburse us for the cost of changing our flights. Twice!!! They gave us some gift cards for dinner... Not quite enough to cover 2 flight changes for 7 people. I would hope for better service as a military family trying to fly home for the first time in 4 years.
