DAR-ZNZ-DAR Website worked great, staff at airports were great, both my outbound and inbound flights I was able to get on the next available flight as soon as I checked in. Meanwhile over at precision air: broken and clunky website, "your flight has been delayed" email like 2 hours after I booked (5 days before flight), no customer support. Auric Air = cool and good. Precision Air = lame and bad.

Terrible experience, horrible customer service! We had booked an early afternoon flight from DAR to ARK for $550 (3 pax). They called us a few days earlier to claim we were the only passengers on that flight and therefore had to change our flights to another airport (Kilimanjaro JRO, which is further away from Serengeti) very early in the morning (impossible because of work) or late in the evening, which meant we would arrive at midnight to our destination in Serengeti with a very young child. So they booked us Air Tanzania flights (for ~$350) and arranged a shuttle from JRO to ARK (free, as this was their cancelation). The driver was rude, did not help two women and a child with our luggage (and had the nerve to demand a tip!), and the company despite many emails did not refund the price difference (I suspect it is their way of making a profit from unsuspected tourists). Thanks for making our trip less memorable!
