Reservation J….D. I bought this ticket on Sunday, but there is a duplicate charge on my credit card. I want the refund of one of the charges. I sent e-mails, messages and no one answer me.

Amy (check-in manager @ Guernsey Airport) is a fantastic member of staff, has been so helpful and concerned to deal with my misclaimed luggage and routing it back to the rightful owner in the UK. She has been hugely responsive and went out of her way to help - amazing customer service. Thank you Amy & Aurigny; people don't these benefits of a locally owned airline who go the extra mile.

Was really not impressed to have my flight moved from London city to Gatwick. If your wet leasing planes you should lease enough to cover the routes your selling tickets for. This company needs management that understands aviation travel.

Aurigny is the disgrace of Guernsey. Due to poor management and leadership, they continuously fail to deliver an acceptable service, both inbound and out. For over 1 year, delays have been near constant, having sold the jet without forward thinking about how it would affect the service and flights they advertised. They now hire 3rd party planes to meet gaps in their schedules, with frequent delays to their services and too often cancellations. On top of this, the prices are steep, ranging between £80-£200 for a single, which isn't acceptable for a company that is substadised by the tax payer. If this isn't enough, their staff have the audacity to tell passengers that "queues aren't their problem", despite being caused by their delays and terrible scheduling, and tell customers "they have a schedule to stick to". Shameful.
