OMG. I waited 4 hours for a package and had to scan my ID into two different machines. Then had to get a letter of release from the company I was picking up from. Staff was aloof, they were laughing and having a great time which is fine if things are going well. Definitely don’t recommend them.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience with Avianca Cargo – Counter Service was extremely frustrating. The staff do not properly review or even read the documents before processing. They fail to check if everything is ready, which causes unnecessary delays and confusion. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable in cargo operations. On top of that, the service is extremely slow. The entire process felt disorganized and inefficient, wasting valuable time. Overall, very poor service. I would not recommend Avianca Cargo counter service based on this experience.

Very helpful and super nice staff. Everyone there is down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I went there for a delivery, and the whole team treated me with respect and made the process smooth and fast. Really appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommended!

Slowest airport ever! They take forever to process paperwork. You will wait hours. I’ve never been to an airport that takes this long! It is ridiculous! They have a line system that they don’t even use.

It's disrespectful to the customer. They talk nonstop at the counter, and you wait up to 50 minutes to be served. You go to the WHS, After arriving at the gate to unload, you spend another four hours waiting because, according to the supervisor, he was told to prioritize destinations. My cargo was over 14,000 kg, which would have meant a substantial increase in revenue for this airline. But the employees don't appreciate this, even if you tell them. Note: This happened with empty gates and the plane was at half capacity. It wasn't full. MIAMI AIRPORT CARGO.
