On flight VJ282 (SGN-HPH, Feb 21), the Avion Express crew was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of guiding passengers, they were barked orders and used inappropriate hand gestures. They were incredibly noisy, with the constant clattering of high heels throughout the cabin. This crew needs serious retraining to meet basic aviation standards. Totally unacceptable!

Flew back from Lanzarote on an Avion A320 the leg room was too crapped. Awful flight experience. TUI seemed to subcontract the return flight to Avion, outbound was a regular TUI 737 and seating was just acceptable. Sorry Avion your business model seems to be "pack them on". Avoid. Crew were great.

I flew with them from HAM to MUC on behalf of eurowings and it was an absolute night mare. There is absolutly no leg room. Terrible experience. Try to avoid this trash airline at all costs!
