Nha Trang - Moscow flight, May 25th. The flight was delayed by three hours. They said the weather conditions had gotten worse, then that the flight plan needed to be re-signed. Then they said they'd let everyone out. Everyone stood up and grabbed their bags, but 15 minutes later they announced they wouldn't let us out. The air conditioning on the plane didn't work from landing to takeoff. It was scorching hot. The crew ignored our requests to turn it on. It felt like the temperature in the plane was about 35-40 degrees Celsius. It was stifling. We were fed once during the entire flight, at the very beginning. In total, we spent over 13 hours with only one meal.

Booking a seat is not possible unless you have a Russian passport, its a bit of a shame. Then they do put you normal when you arrive. Also the babystroller is in good hands, we could go with it to gate and got it at the gate of arrival.

The airline is racist, it only lets Russians book a seat online. If you are not Russian you need to go to the check-in desk to book a seat. By then offcourse all normal seats are taken. DONT SUPPORT RACISM, DONT FLY AZUR AIR!
