Private pilot. Flew in there on a trip from Vegas to Redding. I called the day before to see if they have a crew/courtesy car available. They do. It's first come first serve. I flew in there the next day. They have staff to line you up for parking. They've got water, lemonade, coffee etc. Clean bathrooms. Staff were friendly. They have a fuel truck. We used the crew car ti get breakfast at a place they recommended which is like a two min drive away (knotty pine diner.... Highly recommend for breakfast). Overall great experience and I'd go back. The car was like a standard Camry, nothing fancy..... But just happy and grateful for any courtesy car any FBO has.

Seriously some of the nicest people I’ve encountered at an FBO. Nicole at the front desk is super helpful and friendly. She ensured we had a ride from our hotel when we couldn’t find any Uber’s or Lyfts in the area. Sean on the ramp is also phenomenal—not only exceptionally professional but great with making you feel at ease and taking pride in his craft. These guys seriously go out of their way in terms of customer service! Highly recommend if you ever need a quick fuel stop or overnight parking!
