The best flight training quality👌

I attended an assessment day at Bartolini Air and spoke with multiple current and former students. What I heard and witnessed was enough to make me walk away immediately. There appears to be a serious and ongoing backlog in training progression. Students reported waiting 5–6 months just to move into the next phase (CPL/ME/IR), which is completely unacceptable for an integrated course that is marketed as taking around 18 months. Even more concerning, several students stated they have been in the system for over 26-30 months and still have not completed their training. The school seems to continue enrolling new students despite clearly lacking the capacity to progress those already enrolled. The phrase “you’ll start soon” appears to be used repeatedly, while in reality students are left sitting idle for months. There is also a strong emphasis on airline pathways, including the Ryanair Mentored Programme, and the impression of a fast-track, structured route into the airlines. Based on what I was told by students, this does not reflect reality. The delays completely undermine any notion of a streamlined or “integrated” course. Prospective students should be extremely cautious. Read the terms and conditions carefully before committing—once fees are paid, your options to withdraw or recover money appear to be very limited. Based on what I witnessed and the consistent negative feedback from both current and past students, I would strongly advise against choosing this school. Do your own research, speak directly to students, and seriously consider alternative training organisations before making a decision.

This school had great reviews, I remember when my friend told me about it in 2015 when they were small had a few planes, they were cheap and amazing. But now, they are gone to absolute bottom.

An excellent flight school, probably one of the best in Europe. The instructors are really professionnal and friendly. The staff is really nice. All aircraft are nearly brand new. I learned so much in this school and I miss them already. Best bang for your buck for sure!

Had quite a good training there, found a job very quickly after that. The fleet is brand new and constantly improving, instructors are great, everyone is very friendly. For sure they'll ask students to train hard, but if you're willing to, everything will go as planned. I do recommand this school which has an incredible price-quality ratio. In my opinion Bartolini has a brilliant future as a school.
