I started my aviation journey as an international student with Basair in 2008. As this was my very first time living overseas, Basair staff and management were not only warm and welcoming but the instructors were professional and dedicated to my training and I am the pilot I am today because of them. With this experience I was able to get my first jet job as a first officer on a Canadian regional jet with Skywest Airlines In America. The college offers a variety of integrated structured course for full time students. The instructors and staff there are all enthusiastic and helpful, they also operate a large fleet of aircraft, including both high wings and low wings for students' preference, they even got twins if you would like to progress further to getting a multi-engine rating. Therefore I would say this flying school is very comprehensive, you can do many sorts of flight training with them, and they are able to offer with flexibility. While I was flying with Basair (Sydney Aviators is one of their subsidiary) as a part-time student, I was aiming to fly my solo in less than 2 weeks time. My instructors knew that and they had been very helpful throughout my training, they allocated more time slots for me and had done their best to get me up to speed to solo level asap. At the end I did my solo in just 6 days with 10 hours logged. The experience was extraordinary, I couldn't have done this without the assistance from the instructors and staff there. Hence, I highly recommend Basair as your choice of flying school to train with. Even if you just want to explore your interest in aviation, you could always do a trial instructional flight with them. It's nicely priced and you could know if you have the passion for aviation as well as joining Basair for further training or not if you do. Seems a perfect way to remove the doubts in your mind isn't it?
