We recently hosted a group of 34 pilots and friends from Colorado up to Sheridan. The treatment we received at Bighorn aviation was beyond reproach. What friendly people and service oriented operation. The gas prices weren’t bad either.

Upon taxing to Big Horn ramp, it was very strong and excellent flagging to ramp. Despite four planes nose to tail, each of us flagged to opposing side of ramp for tie down. All planes spotted in opposite direction/s to maximize ramp space. And all done in a very smooth, sequential, and tight sequence. Very expeditiously and seamlessly hauled each plane’s pilot/passenger and bags to terminal. Departing took us back to plane way down the ramp. Fueling w a very nice .$50 cent discount. Professionals, each and every.

Avoid the BighornAirways FBO, I simply dropped off my passengers and picked them up a couple of days later. No fuel and no services. I was charged a ground handling fee of $225 × 2. They even have the nerve to charge a 3% credit card fee. The staff was nice and also thought the fees were unreasonable. My advice: avoid this FBO at all costs--or avoid them for the $463.50 cost!

Very happy with my overnight stay. The line staff helped me tie down, and tarp the plane as rain was moving in. Nice FBO with friendly staff. Would stop here again if flying in the area. Airport is in an amazing area with gorgeous scenery!
