It's been a long time since I've encountered such unprofessional employees. Everything has been a disaster, from the service to the treatment, to the complete lack of commitment and professionalism. Estefania has a lot to learn. It's unacceptable that she has such an arrogant attitude when her work reflects such mediocrity. Less arrogance and more professionalism; this is no way to work in this industry.
