I really miss this place! This had to be one of the absolute best Flight Schools I had ever been to! I highly, highly recommend them! Unfortunately for me, I had to cancel my schooling due to medical reasons. But, after having been to a number of Flight Schools in the Chicago Metropolitan area, I have to say Blue Skies is one of the best! And, if you are lucky enough to get Coleen for your instructor, even better! Coleen is extremely knowledgeable, and teaches like none other... Her instruction is simple, but very, very effective. So... Listen to me! Go to Blue Skies! And, get your instruction from Coleen!!!

Awesome people! I did my PPL here a little while ago and this is a great place to learn how to fly. In my experience here all of the instructors have been nice and knowledgeable! Instructors, dispatch and everyone else has been amazing! (Especially Adam, Amy, and Natalie) I fully recommend Blue Skies!

Did my private here and I have never felt more of a sense of belonging. Instructors are great, aircraft are very well maintained, and I feel cared about personally here. My testing center experience was very smooth as well. I spent a semester continuing my flight training at an accredited big name university just to find out that Blue Skies is simply the best training I would find. This place has been such a positive experience in my life that I even felt a great sense of homesickness towards Blue Skies while I was flying at another school. When AOPA names Blue Skies as best in the nation, as well as Mike B as the best instructor in the nation, they are completely right. It will be an honor doing the rest of my ratings here.

Incredible service with a smile. Truly some of the most friendly skies on the ground. they have a wide array of services reasonable prices and knowledgeable instructors. I took my FAA part 107 exam here and was treated very well. The inside of the shop is very well kept. Truly a great airport and not a bad place to be! happy flying!
