I had a very good experience with Boutique Air. The customer service is really good. The customer service did a very nice job by explaining everything and helped me a lot in choosing the best deal. They really care about their customers.

Everyone else gives you a year to use your flight credits. I will have to go to Alaska Air or United air.

If I could give Boutique zero stars I would. They delayed my flight several times until finally canceling it and had to rebook to the next day. The following day I waited 30 minutes at their counter and NO ONE showed up to check my bag. I finally had enough and bought a ticket on American.
