Was unable to book a GF free meal online for my flight to Madrid. So dropped into the Sofia office to speak with a human. The staff were polite and helpfull but also couldnt book it through computer system, but a quick phone call to the catering company sorted it in 5 mins. Next we got caught in a traffic disaster leaving sofia in a cab, got to checkin 20mins after closing. However Supervisor reopened for us and checked our 2 large bags and let us through. The plane was a near new A220 and spotlessly clean , cabin staff were polite and very efficient. Food service was excellent and everything very fresh , great wine too. Great seats , super comfortable . Great flight.

Avoid to fly with them. Big delays and the cabin crew doesn't clean the garbage. Dirty animals!

No one is answering on phone, plus no one is checking emails and also no one is checking complaints. They lost my baggage and did not answer me in any way not to mention that they have not made any compensation for lot baggage!

Dont ever travel with this company!!!! 1. Customer support doesnt exist. They will not answer your emails, they will not answer the phone. I have called more than 30 times, different days. Wrote them 4 emails. Also they will not help you. They left family with kids at Amsterdam airport. Was not my family. With this company you are at big risk, I am not a person who goes around and write reviews, just want to protect you. May be pay more with other companies, but you get good help and support. Not even sure how this company is still in business. No beer at first class - 750 eu one way ticket. One big joke is Bulgaria air. .

An excellent customer service with a smile and great value for money. Booked a flight to Heathrow, 23 kg for luggage, 10 kg for cabin pieces, re-bookable fare. A vast contrast to any budget airline, when you put al the charges together chances are that you would be in the vicinity of the number Bulgaria Air gives you, and you will be in Stanstead or Luton with miles to go to get where Youn want to be. With exceptions, of course...one of them would be having no luggage!
