Buzz Air ✈️ saved our trip to Key West when our commercial flight was cancelled! We cannot thank them enough for getting us there. We had a great flight and their customer service was incredible 🙌🏼.

Great experience with this team. From quoting, to booking, payment, information on day of travel, pilot welcoming and amenities. Would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to enjoy the skies in a private charter.

Theses guys knocked it out of the park. Chartered them for a surprise 80th birthday trip to Nassau for my dad. Great planes pilot and management. Wonderful experience. Thank you to the Buzz air crew !

Terrible customer service!! Zero star review if I could give zero. I had chartered them many months in advance. They had "equipment issues" on the day of the flight and stranded my party of 6 in the Bahamas. I had to scramble for extra night lodging and to find an alternative way home to Merritt Island. They offered to only refund my money, but not pick up any costs that I incurred due to their issues. I had wired them the money for the flight about a month in advance. And then when they went to refund my money they wanted to charge me $30 for a wiring fee to get my money back. Be VERY cautious if you're thinking about using them. I will not ever schedule with them again. Burn me once shame on you. Burn me twice shame on me. That will not happen.

First time flying with buzz air and we had a great experience. Edgar did a fanatic job of arranging our flights and was extremely professional and friendly. The pilots did a great job getting us to our destination safely and the flight was super smooth. The blankets on the way home and the snacks on the plane were a nice touch! Definitely will be using buzz again!
