Due to motorway closure we arrived 10 minutes before scheduled take off for a once in a lifetime flight with our dog. We were greeted by absolute professionalism and courtesy and at no point rushed. Superb customer service

Great flight, staff courteous and helpful, terminal clean and tidy. The entrance is a nightmare to find if you haven't been there before and it is dark.

9/10. Very good handling. Beware of potential to tow the Learjet 45 with a LEKTRO and a strap. 2x Marriott's downtown so also beware of the potential for mix-up with arranging taxis.
