FBO is generally pretty good. Line guys quick and efficient! Lacking in the amenities department. No snacks for pilots or customers. Also lacks in crew car for crews on short turns. Hard to choose this place when their competition 500ft away has more appealing options and prices.

Excellent service. Ground handlers are always out and on Point with fuel and ready to help. Lots of ramp space and some cool old military aircraft in the hangar. Part of a local club in the PNW called the LLL (Low Lead Losers) that does a lot of back country flying with slightly leas than the polished planes you see online. The owner of the FBO and Hangar is very supportive of what we do and generally gives the club great rates on fuel and hangar space when needed!

Excellent experience and service every time! Also, just to clear up any confusion: “Low Lead Losers” refers to a small group of pilots around the Pacific Northwest that happens to include a Klamath Falls contingent, and any references or resemblance to real people, airplanes, or fuel orders outside of that group—living or dead—are purely coincidental.

Kinda upset with these guys, I came in with my Cessna 172 coming back from Sacramento and over heard them talking about "100LL Losers" only getting 10 gallons.. don't know of they were talking about me but us little guys on the GA side deserve a little more than that. Will be trying out the New FBO next time I fly by!!

Great FBO to fly into. Staff was very accommodating. Super cool Air Force planes parked right next door in view as you walk off the plane. Easy access to parking lot and they made it easy to get in and out of the gate.
