Our trip booked through Contour was a mess from the beginning leading to a disaster at the end. For my flight out from Virginia to New York we were met with ongoing delays and unclear communication. On our return flight from New York to Virginia, Contour completely dropped the ball upon discovering the system showed we had no tickets in our name (despite having paid for them.) Upon being stranded in the NYC airport and contacting Contour, we were met with 5 hours of hold times and lack of solution. This left me, my daughter, and her newborn stranded in an unfamiliar airport with no means of getting home. After Contour still had no resolution after said 5 hours, I had no choice but to pay top price (which I did not have to comfortably spend) for last minute tickets out of my own pocket. Upon returning home I contacted Contour again for AT LEAST a refund on the tickets I was not issued and they refused. I and my family WILL NEVER use this agency again, and will highly recommend against to others as well. Their lack of even basic human compassion at leaving us stranded is appalling.

Contour out of Muscle Shoals delayed my morning flight 11/3/24 for 3 hours, which would have made me miss my connecting flight. I rescheduled for the following day. The morning flight for 11/4 was delayed 2 hours, and did actually make me miss my connecting flight. This is not Muscle Shoals problem, it is a Contour problem. My choices for this trip were between a $600 round-trip flight from Fort Myers to Muscle Shoals, or to drive 12 hours. Next time, I'll drive the 12 hours.

My coworker and I were at BWI recently, and we ran into a problem (unrelated to Contour) with our gear getting home. Chris and Max at the check-in counter are some of the finest people in customer service -- on both sides of the Mississippi. When we thought we were up a creek without a paddle, they swooped in and saved the day. Real problem solvers. Promote and invest in their career development!
