Corendon Airlines.

Unfortunately, our experience with Corendon was disappointing from the start of the journey until the end. When we boarded the aircraft, one of the first things we noticed was that the tray tables were not very clean. This immediately gave a poor first impression. During the flight, the atmosphere was also quite chaotic. There was a lot of noise throughout the journey, with children crying, parents shouting, and constant disturbances around the cabin. Of course, airlines cannot control every passenger, but it made the flight far less enjoyable. The cabin crew was not particularly friendly or welcoming. The service felt rather cold, and we did not experience the level of hospitality we would normally expect when traveling. Another disappointment was that even on a flight of around three hours, passengers had to pay extra for drinks. While low cost airlines often charge for food and beverages, it still felt disappointing not to receive even a complimentary drink during the flight. The biggest issue, however, was the transfer service. Instead of a comfortable coach, we were placed in a small minibus with very limited space. We then had to spend approximately three hours in this vehicle on the way to Alanya. The seats were uncomfortable, there was little room to relax, and the journey felt much longer because of it. Overall, the trip felt poorly organized and lacked comfort in several areas. While we arrived safely at our destination, the overall travel experience did not meet our expectations and left a lot of room for improvement.

The worst airline I have ever flown with. Zero organization. We were flying from Vienna to Hurghada, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. They charge an extra fee for airport check-in if you didn't complete it online in advance. Despite traveling with two children and an infant, they assigned our family four separate seats. Unsurprisingly, the children did not want to sit alone. Traveling with this airline is incredibly difficult and frustrating. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Was not informed that there is a charge to check in when arriving at the airport. Was shocked to be charged €45 to check in the 3 of us. Whilst staff were friendly this was not made clear when booking via booking.com!

We were supposed to fly from Hanover, Germany to Antalya, Turkey in April and had major issues during check-in. Back in December, we had already reserved 6 XL seats for a considerable amount of money – but now we can’t use them anymore. In the meantime, the airline changed the aircraft without informing or consulting us, which automatically canceled all our seat reservations and scattered us across standard seats on the plane. There wasn’t even an offer from the airline to refund the money automatically. When we called, they told us there was nothing they could do and advised us to talk to the ground staff at the airport before the flight. However, they claimed it wasn’t their responsibility and said the airline had to sort it out. So in the end, everyone keeps passing the blame around, no one accepts fault or takes responsibility, and now we’re left fighting to get our money back for the seat reservations. The best part? The airline is pulling the same stunt for our return flight. 2 stars – at least we didn’t crash.

Friendly and smiling staff, the plane was clean. Stable departure delay for 1 hour. I would like the application to be more convenient. Make adjustments to the terminals. When buying a ticket, the terminal of arrival and departure from Antalya was not indicated anywhere, this led to some difficulties for me.
