We had a inflight magneto failure. Air traffic controllers directed us to land in Dodge City Kansas. The maintenance department at Crotts Aircraft Service found the internal components failed. They replaced the damaged parts within a couple hours. Shortly after, we were on our way. Thanks go out to the entire team at Crotts Aircraft Service.

We loved flying into Dodge City strictly because of this FBO! Everyone was super helpful and the facility is very well kept. They even heated and fueled our 172 for us before we got there in the morning.

I had the 172 scheduled and it went down for maintenance. No attempt was made to contact me and I drove an hour only to find out I had to cancel my flight.

I have excellent service every time I come here! I stop here for day trips a lot in my Cessna 150 and they have a really nice crew car for us to use and even helped us with a maintenance emergency one time! Great fbo!!
