This is a great place to fly. The instructors are very dedicated, and the staff is quite friendly. I've also received a lot of helpful advice from one of their mechanics as I prepare to buy my first airplane.

What a super nice company! Went here to fly and have an instrument rating checkride while renting an aircraft. Very friendly staff, extremely helpful and a true ‘aviation’ atmosphere! I would like to thank Mr. Chen, Gudi, Hali Ann, Lucas and everybody on the team for their support! Highly recommended!

Had my airplane there for an annual, had to spend another lot of money to correct what they did to my airplane. Complained to the owner, James, he said "all the other customers are happy". Delivery day, had smoke in the cockpit, called Mike, the IA, he said he couldn't smell anything, said it was probably a position light in short, removed, put it back and I should be good to go... Magnetos out of time during runup, no drop, nobody cared. Sump screen wasn't cleaned. Fuel leak in the main feeding line due to a misplaced clamp. A couple of weeks later, tried to start the engine, no battery. Removed the cowling, found the source of the smoke... See pictures.

Awesome! Got my husband a discovery flight for his birthday. Everyone there was great, even the people i spoke to on the phone. The lady at the desk was very friendly & informative. One of the mechanics drove me out to take video of the plane taking off, which he didn't have to do. The pilot was a very good teacher. Everyone we encountered was very friendly & made it a very pleasant experience from planning to start to finish. Everything seemed very smooth running & professional, yet it was a laid back & comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend Crystal Aero Group. I did my research & was very pleased with my choice. Thank you very much for a wonderful & memorable experience. We're very satisfied customers. 👍
