We just recently flew in to TRM DesertJet and needed a maintenance team to check out our plane. Valente was very helpful and took care of us right away even though it was later in the evening. Big thank you to Valente for helping us out.

Excellent staff, was able to reach after hours and coordinate maintenance on our aircraft for 6am the next morning. Although they didn't have a maintenance person available, they went out their way to help find someone on field who was able to get us a timely departure. Beautiful FBO with amazing art, business center and snacks. Highly recommend.

Desert Jet is a class act that sets the bar for ultimate customer service. Their team rallied together, pouring 110% commitment into getting our friend home for a family emergency. This was no small feat that was pulled together in a matter of minutes, not hours; NO other company could do that! Our sincere thanks to Jeff and Benita for putting it together with flight plans and clearances, as well as having fuel trucks in place and waiting to eliminate any delays. Incredible appreciation for the First-Class Professionalism with personal touches from Captains Al and Morten who made sure our friend made it on time to be with his family. From the Request For Quote all the way through to the Return To Service date, Desert Jet Aircraft Maintenance was undoubtedly the right choice for our heavy inspection. As a part 91 corporate flight department we benefit from doing business with those who understand our operations, as well as our aircraft. Initially we set out to RFQ multiple shops because we were ready for a change in our maintenance provider. From the very beginning, Jonathan Schaedig and staff were out in front of the situation the entire time, which gave us great confidence in their abilities as well as making the choice to take our aircraft there an easy one. His technicians were knowledgeable and easy to talk to and always had time to answer my questions. They say that attitude is everything and in this case it certainly is. I had never worked with someone that was as eager to earn my business as this guy was. We formed an industry friendship and I am so glad that we chose Desert Jet to maintain our Citation V.
