We submitted several inquiries regarding aircraft testing. The first was to a general email address. We received a reply, possibly AI-supported, containing typos, and our request was not addressed properly. At a convention in April 2026, we raised this issue directly. A subsequent email to a responsible person went also unnoticed and unanswered. In our opinion, this is completely unprofessional and customer-unfriendly behavior. In the meantime, as a group of owners, we opted for a classic, retrofitted American aircraft type with AVGAS, as the maintenance feedback for the installed engines also did not meet our requirements.

The tedious testing of the planes with loads of loops, vertical climbs, dives, engine off and on again, etc., over the place is quite tiresome.
